Слава всевышнему, серьезных травм не было, но несерьезные от того, что они не серьезные, меньше болеть не начинают.) Запаслись обезболивающим гелем, которому доверяем свои с мужем больные спины и после тренировок наносим их сыну на все ушибленные места, потянутые мышцы и прочие мелкие травмочки. Речь идет о геле Диклофенак-Акос, который в нашем доме просто не переводится. Орлистат нашла в первой же аптеке и без рецепта купила. Капсулы по 60 мг, принимаю 3 раза в день. Перекусы не учитываю, но они у меня максимально легкие.
