Bath with Ginger - a good way to warm up and relax!
Yesterday, returning from work, exposed to rain and terribly cold. I thought, just sick. But I came home and remembered a remarkable tool, which used to read - a bath with ginger. Two teaspoons of ginger dissolved in water and added to the water in the bathroom. Wonderful warmed to the same stress and fatigue vanished!
